    After nearly a year with their heads buried in sonic experimentation, electronic production duo Editor have emerged with their debut release Interview Techniques. This full length album is heavily rooted in the style of dubstep yet encompasses aspects of dub, minimal electro, reggae, hip hop and other broken beat styles. The overall result is a journey through the sonic spectrum with interweaving twists and turns tied together by richly textured channels of groove, ultra slick production and discerning musicianship throughout.

    For the first time in Australia the Omelette collective is proud to present three innovators of the electronic scene, Bassnectar and Bluetech from the USA and Mauxuam from Italy, for a night of border-less mayhem where electronica meets hip hop, glitch , dub and dubstep. Bassnectar is highly regarded as one of the most interesting performers on the North American festival circuit. An activist and multimedia freak fusing insanely bass heavy beats with multi media stimulus overload his live show is totally awesome. Bluetech is regarded as the hottest tip in downtempo/IDM at the moment, his sound emerges from his custom built Reaktor instruments as a primordial electro dub alchemy.
